This is a full list of the services I offer both to service buyers and to service sellers. Click on a link below or just scroll down to the section you are interested in. Because I think that touching the main issue will save us both time, explicit prices and pricing conditions are listed so you can get an ideea before contacting me, or just move on if you don't like the offer.
The escrow rule: all non-hourly, non-minor (under $50) payments can be done in escrow so you can rest assured you won't pay for nothing and I can know for sure I am going to get paid for my work and time.
Web Development
From a simple online presentation website to complex online applications, I can provide a good feasible solution for your needs. My area of expertise allows me to cover all the aspects of web development without loosing quality over quantity. I will code your application, create a nice custom made design for it, fix you up with a good hosting account (if needed) and even throw in some ideeas on how things can be done better or make your application even greater. You may be thinking of using an online project auctioning board to get a solution, that's a good ideea however, it may save you quite some time to drop me a message first, if you don't like what I have to say you can always go post a project auction and then you can compare my offer to any of the ones you find. You will notice my prices are more than reasonable and that I do not make a habbit of dealing based on the "they can afford it" policy.
Bug Fixing
This happens to anybody sooner or later. Bugs in your application. Web applications are so complex and are subject to so many standards that it is almost impossible not to have problems at one point. Either it's a server-side coding problem, a logical error, a problem with your client-side code, or maybe your website just refuses to look and/or behave the same when viewed in two different browsers, you will run into such problems and if at that point the company or person who initially developed your application is not available or you just don't feel comfortable using them anymore, you will need someone to fix your problem. You will need someone with a lot of experience that can sniff out the problem quickly, fix it, and put a happy face on your application again.

My current bug fixing hourly rate ranges between $30 and $50 depending on the complexity of the problem and how many hours it takes to solve it, so you will always get a quote within that range.
Internet Business Consultancy
Ok so you've decided to "go online". It doesn't matter if you already have a successful "offline" business, or if you just got attracted by the concept of an internet business and you want to own one. You will need help. Yes you can try adventuring out there by your own and learn as you go, many people have succseeded in doing so, but even more have failed. Just think of it like this. If you hire a consultant with a lot of technical expertise you will instantly benefit from all his experience. A consultant can save you time because you won't have to spend days doing research, a consultant can answers all your questions as they pop up so you will be able to assess the situation and make real time decisions. You can hire me to be your consultant and I will be available to talk to you over Yahoo Messenger with voice (free), phone (international, I am based in Eastern Europe), and if needed other methods. In order to establish a long term relation I will need an initial payment ranging between $50-$100 (depending on your requirements), this will cover my first assessment of your situation and will constitute a vote of trust. After this link is established, I will be available for you at any time (during my 12-14 hours workday, usually between 15:00 and 5:00 GMT), I will answer any quick questions that you may have for free, and you will be able to call upon my assistance over certain periods of time which will be paid based on a hourly fee ranging from $20 to $50 based on the required level of involvement. In addition, I will provide discounts to my other services for you and your company. What more can you ask for!?
Project Management - Web Development Only
This is quite simple, you want to build a website/web application/service but don't have the time or know how too crop up a project document, flow charts, concepts!? You don't want or simply cannot spend the time to open projects on online project auctioning boards, review the tons of bids and messages that come in and explain to your service provider what needs to be done and answer his questions!?
Contact me and you can hire me to take care of all that for you, so you'll be able to mind your own problems while your projects becomes reality. I will keep you up to date with all the progress, I will make sure the developers are doing their job according to your requirements, and since I am a developer myself I will make sure that your project developers do their job right so you won't have any unpleasant surprises later.
This service also includes the Internet Business Consultancy service so you will also be able to call upon my expertise if needed to. Based on the complexity of your project I will charge a small percent of the total project value (fully negociable, big projects only) or a fixed amount (partially negociable, small projects only). Nomatter what the project milestones are and how the payment is handled twards the chosen service provider for your project, my fee will consist of two payments, one at the begining to secure the deal and one at the end of the project.
Deal Securer - For Service Sellers
This is most interesting. Ok, so you are a freelancer or a web development service providing company, but probably you are too busy or you just don't have what it takes to talk to possible clients and secure new deals/projects. Possible clients don't respond nicely to copy-paste bids or poor english. Possible clients don't want to just "pick a number" and hope for the best. They need to know that you understand what the project is all about and that you are sure you can provide exactly that. Possible clients won't react well to your inability to answer their questions or ANY mistakes in the process of negotiation. So what do you do??? You're a good service provider and/or your company has a lot of really competent men and women but you can't seam to win those good projects you are wishing for because maybe you're not too good as a communicator.
Here is your solution, you can hire my service as a deal securer. I will post bids in your name, I will handle all communication with possible clients in your name, I will atempt to secure deals and win projects for you and/or your company, and if needed, after you have won the project I can continue to act as an intermediary between you and your client in exchange of a hourly fee. You can think of this like hiring a marketing person, but instead of paying for a salary you are paying only a small starting fee to secure our business relation and then a small percent of the projects I win for you and everyone is happy. Now given the fact that this is a delicate matter, I reserve the right to cease any relation with you without any notice and refund if you proove to be an impostor, are up to no good or if I get the impression that you are not honorable. I will not try to secure deals for service providers that have bad ratings (below average). The escrow rule does not apply with this service and you will be needed to pay the starting fee before I begin posting any bids. You will have to show me samples of your work and proove to me that you are capable of handling the projects I am trying to secure for you, before I start working. The client will have to know that I will not be handling the communication relation anymore after the deal is secured, if that is the case, the client will have to pay ONLY in escrow for your services and will be released ONLY when agreed to.
